Compensation: $45,000–$75,000+ per year

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly with technicians.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.
  • Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow.

What to Expect

  • Smaller, team-oriented dealership with 4 main shop technicians and 1 express technician.
  • Service Advisors average 7–9 repair orders per day.
  • Advisors consistently average 2.5+ labor hours per repair order.
  • Earning potential of $45,000–$75,000+ annually, depending on performance.
  • 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays (every other Saturday).
  • If you work Saturday, you'll receive a scheduled weekday off.
  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Computer proficiency and dealership software experience are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
