We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our service department in Greensboro. We are looking for a customer-focused professional who excels at building relationships, communicating repair recommendations, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Position Summary

Our service department is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and motivated to maximize both customer satisfaction and service department performance.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a busy service department with strong traffic, competitive compensation, and significant earning potential.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and the parts department
  • Monitor vehicle status and provide customer updates
  • Review completed repairs and explain services performed
  • Build long-term customer relationships and retention
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records
  • Assist in achieving department sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
Schedule

5-Day Work Week
  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Rotating schedule based on business needs
Compensation

Commission-Based Compensation + Daily Salary

Compensation is based on:
  • Automotive Service Advisor experience
  • Customer service performance
  • Sales effectiveness
  • Overall department performance
