We are a busy, high-performing independent auto repair operation with two locations and a strong team culture. We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced shop.
Sell recommended maintenance and repairs based on technician inspections and customer needs
Manage promise times and technician workflow
Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and email
Create invoices and assist with parts ordering and dispatching
Support daily shop operations as needed
At least 1 year of sales experience (automotive experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working toward performance goals
Basic computer skills (Windows, email, typing 30+ WPM)
Valid driver’s license
Full-time
Monday–Friday
No weekends
9-hour shifts
