Automotive Service Advisor | Up to $50K+/Year | Weekly Pay
Location: Kyle, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Shifts + 2 Hours of Overtime Weekly (Approximately 42 Hours per Week)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience.
- Prepare and present accurate repair estimates.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs.
- Order parts and manage cores, returns, and warranty items.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily shop workflow.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers informed from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
- Build trust while helping customers make informed repair decisions.
- Support shop sales and performance goals through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and shop management software.
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
