We are looking for a Service Advisor who wants to earn what they're worth.  What you'll do:
 
As the primary point of contact for every customer, you’ll own the service experience from first handshake to final delivery. Your day-to-day includes:
 
 
    Greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, and perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds
    Write accurate, detailed repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians throughout the process
    Present service recommendations in a way that educates customers and builds confidence—not pressure
     Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and handle any concerns before they become complaints
    Maximize shop productivity by coordinating workflow between the service lane and the bays
    Follow up after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat visits
    Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and CSI goals
 
 
 What we are looking for:
 
    A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel heard and taken care of
    Proven sales or customer-facing experience in any industry (automotive experience a plus, not required)
    Strong verbal communication skills—you can explain a complicated repair simply and confidently
    The ability to stay calm, organized, and focused when the drive is full and the phones are ringing
    A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a genuine desire to grow your income
    Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
    Basic automotive knowledge, or the eagerness and aptitude to learn quickly on the job
