Self-confidence, excellent listening and communication skills, will allow you to create results. For the right individual, experience is a plus, but is not a requirement.

Service Advisor job responsibilities include:

• Assist customer through entire vehicle repair process
• Communicate with technicians on customer concerns and work needed
• Keep customer advised of repair work status
