We are hiring ONE high-performing Service Advisor to lead our front counter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For


You will help lead the customer experience and performance of the shop by:


  •  Greeting customers and setting the tone for a professional experience 
  •  Answering calls and converting them into scheduled opportunities 
  •  Performing proper fact-finding and building trust with customers 
  •  Presenting digital inspection results clearly and confidently 
  •  Turning recommended work into approved work through honest communication 
  •  Managing workflow between customers, technicians, and management 
  •  Writing accurate estimates and following up on pending work 
  •  Keeping customers informed so nothing falls through the cracks 
  •  Helping maintain a smooth, organized, and profitable daily operation 
This role combines:


Sales + Customer Experience + Operational Control


How You’ll Be Measured (and Paid Like It)


This is a performance-based role, and top performers will earn accordingly.


You will be measured on:


  • Revenue contribution
  • Average Repair Order (ARO)
  • Estimate approval / close rate
  • Phone-to-appointment conversion
  • Organization, communication, and follow-up

Preferred Experience


  •  Automotive service advisor experience 
  •  Auto repair shop experience 
  •  Front counter / service writing experience 
  •  Digital inspection / estimate presentation 
  •  CRM or shop management software

  •  avoids sales or uncomfortable conversations 
  •  struggles with follow-up or organization 
  •  gets overwhelmed when it gets busy 
  •  creates drama or blames others
