Customer Service Representative / Automotive Service Advisor

Full-Time | 7:00am-5:00pm (MondayFriday)
$15$20/hour + Commission
Job Summary:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
- Coordinate vehicle service needs and support daily front-end operations
- Deliver a positive customer experience while identifying service opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, greet customers, and collect accurate customer/vehicle information
- Recommend maintenance services and upsell when appropriate (commission-based)
- Complete daily sales/marketing activity and ensure all forms are accurate
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred; automotive background is a plus
- Strong communication skills and comfort with upselling services
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and reliability
Schedule & Compensation:
- MondayFriday, 1st shift schedule
- $15$20/hour based on experience
- Commission opportunities for additional earnings
