Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding team. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring every client receives transparent communication, exceptional service, and a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
- Provide status updates and manage expectations throughout the repair process
- Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and personalized service
- Maintain accurate records and support efficient shop operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
