What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
• Build trust through honest recommendations and clear communication
• Create estimates and explain repairs in customer-friendly language
• Coordinate workflow between technicians, customers, and parts vendors
• Follow up with customers and help deliver a top-tier service experience
• Help keep daily shop operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and dependable under pressure
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
