What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process
• Build trust through honest recommendations and excellent communication
• Prepare estimates and explain repair needs clearly
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts suppliers
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Follow up to ensure a positive customer experience
• Help maintain efficient daily shop operations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with shop management software is a plus
