Sames Ford is seeking a Ford-Certified Senior Master Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing advanced mechanical issues, performing a wide range of services, and ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards. Responsibilities- Perform a variety of mechanical services on vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment
- Provide detailed repair and service reports
- Complete all work to manufacturer standards and dealership quality guidelines
- Stay current with technical training and certifications
- Communicate with customers to explain service needs and repairs
- Work with the service team to keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety standards and dealership procedures
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ford Certification required; ASE Certification a plus
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership required
- Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience; Master Technician certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
