Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Automotive Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced dealership call center. This role is focused on responding to inbound and outbound leads, handling phone/text/email communication, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
If you enjoy talking to people, working in a structured environment, and getting rewarded for performance without the pressure of closing deals, this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and coachability
Sales, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills, CRM experience is a plus but not required
Automotive experience is a plus but not required
What You’ll Do:
Respond quickly to inbound leads (internet, phone, & chat)
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
Provide a friendly, professional first impression of the dealership
Work closely with sales managers and consultants to ensure smooth handoffs
Follow proven scripts and processes (with room for personality)
-You are not responsible for closing sales or negotiating prices.
-Your success is measured by appointments scheduled and shown.
