Empire Ford Lincoln of Huntington: Vehicle Exchange Sales Consultant
Making a strong first impression is a critical part of the automotive experience. In this role, you will serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for service customers, helping them explore finance and lease options for their current vehicles.
This is a salary/commission position with a Monday–Friday work schedule (8am–4pm).
Daily Responsibilities:
• Connect with service customers via phone, text, or email to schedule appointments and review upgrade or purchase opportunities.
• Greet customers in the service drive and build rapport while introducing potential lease and upgrade opportunities tailored to their needs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date, in‑depth knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models, becoming a true expert in your field.
• Leverage at least two years of auto sales experience to overcome objections, build rapport, and thrive in a consultative sales environment.
• Create a positive, seamless buying experience by guiding customers through their vehicle options and fostering long-term relationships.
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate key features and benefits of various models.
• Make daily outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate appointments and close sales.
• Reach out to customers after their visit to ensure they received exceptional service, addressing any concerns with professionalism and a strong commitment to satisfaction.
