Lithia CDJR of Santa Fe is aggressively seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to lead teams, desk deals, drive gross, and create a winning culture.

We are looking for a motivated leader with strong new and used car experience, desking ability, and finance experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. OEM dealership experience moves you to the front of the line.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Desk and structure retail automotive deals
• Assist sales staff in closing and negotiating transactions
• Work directly with finance and lenders to maximize profitability
• Help train, motivate, and develop the sales team
• Monitor CRM follow-up, lead management, and sales processes
• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards
• Drive both new and used vehicle sales performance
• Lead by example with professionalism and strong work ethic

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales management experience
• New and used car management experience required
• Finance experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Clean background required
• Valid driver's license required
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required
