A well-established automotive dealership in the Jackson, MS area is seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dealership group with a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and the resources you need to succeed.

As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the pre-owned inventory and sales operations – from acquiring quality vehicles to driving sales performance. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a team, maximize profitability, and deliver a world-class customer experience, this is the role for you.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Used Car Manager, or Automotive Sales and/or Finance Manager
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, appraisals, and market trends
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction



Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department
  • Manage inventory, appraisals, and pricing to maximize gross and turn rates
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff while fostering a positive team culture
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and customer satisfaction expectations
