At Grossman Chevrolet, we pride ourselves on a transparent, fast-paced, and highly rewarding work culture. We are a high-volume dealership that believes in mentoring our team and promoting from within. We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Sales Manager to help lead our sales floor, desking operations, and team development.
The Sales Manager is the bridge between our sales consultants and the executive management team. In this role, you will be active on the showroom floor, actively coaching sales consultants, jumping into "turnovers" (TOs) to close deals, and ensuring our CRM workflow is executed flawlessly.
This is a leadership role for a fierce competitor who knows how to hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive, high-morale environment. If you are a top-producing Sales Consultant ready to take the next step in your career, or a current manager looking to help grow our store, this is your opportunity.

Deal Closing (T.O.): Step into active sales presentations to handle objections, build value, structure deals, and close the sale (High Turn-Over ratio execution).
Team Coaching & Training: Conduct daily one-on-ones, role-play objections, and train sales consultants on product knowledge, CRM management, and phone skills.
CRM Accountability: Monitor the CRM closely to ensure 100% logging of all floor traffic, proper phone follow-ups, and active pipeline management.
Inventory & Display: Assist in managing vehicle display, lot merchandising, and ensuring vehicles are front-line ready
Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2–3 years of successful automotive sales experience with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding volume targets.
The "Closer" Mentality: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex customer objections gracefully.
Leadership Traits: Strong communication skills and a desire to help others succeed. You must lead by example.
Tech Literacy: Strong proficiency with modern dealership CRMs (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, Reynolds & Reynolds) and inventory tools (e.g., vAuto).
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a standard background check.
Aggressive Compensation: A competitive base salary or weekly guarantee, paired with an uncapped bonus structure tied to department volume and gross profit.
Full Benefits Suite: Top-tier Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
Retirement: 401(k) plan eligibility at 3 months.
Career Pathing: Coaching and opportunities for growth.
Perks: Paid vacation, demo allowance/vehicle discount program, and continuous professional leadership training.
