We are growing and looking for a Sales Consultant who believes in transparency, professionalism, and long-term relationships over short-term wins. Our pricing is market-based. We dont play games, hide fees, or waste customers time. We use technology to streamline the process and make car buying simple and straightforward.
This is a performance-based career opportunity with stability built in.
Compensation & Schedule:
$500 per week base salary
Commission + performance bonuses
6-month income guarantee of $3,500 per month
Commission and bonuses paid out by the 15th of each month
5-day work week
Store hours:
MondayFriday: 8:30am5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am2:00pm
One weekday off each week plus every Sunday
Closed all major holidays
If a holiday falls on a scheduled workday, you still keep your regular day off that week
(Example: Memorial Day Monday + your scheduled Wednesday off = Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday off)
Flexible scheduling when needed for family or personal commitments

Salary Range: $3500.00 - $7500.00 per month

Responsibilities
Engage customers in person, online, and by phone in a professional, consultative manner
Guide customers through a transparent and efficient buying process
Follow up consistently with leads using our CRM system
Log all customer interactions accurately and in real time
Maintain strong product knowledge on Ford, performance vehicles, and pre-owned inventory
Assist customers with trade evaluations and vehicle appraisals using our technology tools
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Strong communication and people skills
High level of personal accountability
Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, video, and digital communication tools
Ability to follow up consistently and stay organized
Professional appearance and work habits
Team-oriented mindset
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
Sales experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
