The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ minimum experience in automotive sales, is confident, and has excellent communication and time management skills.
WE are looking for someone that will provide our customers with a premium standard of customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual Required
- Valid driver’s license.
- 2 years’ experience in automotive sales.
- Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smart phone, and Social Media skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Neat, clean and professional appearance.
- Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Must be able to work full-time hours including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
- Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system.
- Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty. Which will lead to generate future referrals.
- Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales.
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the automotive sales process.
- Build a Rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
- Answer leads, emails, phone calls, video presentations.
- Bring your "A Game" & positive attitude with you every day.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
Pay: $75,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
