In this role, you will greet guests, understand their vehicle needs, recommend suitable vehicles, demonstrate features, assist with financing, and manage the sales process from initial contact to delivery. Building lasting customer relationships through follow-up is key.
Qualifications include strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer service or sales experience preferred; automotive experience not required. Candidates must have a valid AZ driver’s license, pass background checks, and be comfortable learning dealership technology.
