Compensation
Performance-based compensation plan with earning potential of $60,000 to $100,000+ annually. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on sales results, customer satisfaction, and individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budget
- Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand vehicle features and warranty coverage
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a desire to create exceptional experiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
