Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement: Greet guests with high energy and guide them through their car-buying journey from start to finish.

  • Product Expertise: Build and maintain expert knowledge of our vehicle lineup to match customers with their perfect vehicle.

  • Test Drives: Conduct informative, engaging vehicle walkthroughs and test drives to demonstrate key features and technology.

  • Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up with inbound leads and past customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.

  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent daily prospecting and proactive hustle.

  • Deal Documentation: Efficiently handle the behind-the-scenes work, including credit applications, paperwork, and customer CRM updates.

  • Team Support: Assist with lot organization, administrative tasks, and other dealership needs to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays (always closed on Sundays!).

  • Age & License: 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.

  • Experience: Sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a major plus.

  • Skills: Superior service and follow-up skills, a process-driven mindset, and sharp typing skills.

  • Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written skills (Bilingual is a plus!).

  • Attitude: High-energy, driven to hit goals, and always maintaining a professional look.
