CAPITAL of Indian Trail is seeking dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our fast-moving sales team. This is not an entry-level environment-we're looking for seasoned sales professionals who can thrive under highvolume, high expectations, and the momentum of selling in-demand Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

What You'll Do
  • Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers in a professional, energized manner
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend the right CDJR vehicles
  • Guide customers through the full sales process-from first contact to delivery
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay knowledgeable on vehicle features, benefits, incentives, and inventory
  • Follow up with leads and past clients to maximize every sales opportunity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp and competitive
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced automotive sales professionals (CDJR experience a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
  • Basic computer skills for CRM and sales transaction management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
