Sales Consultant

Metro Kia of Madison is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are driven by performance, and want long-term career growth in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process

  • Provide knowledgeable presentations on new and pre-owned vehicles

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions

  • Work closely with management and finance to complete sales transactions

  • Maintain accurate customer and deal documentation

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business

  • Deliver a professional, positive, and transparent customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
