Qualities We’re Looking For:
• Strong communicator with a polished, professional presence
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in both attitude and performance
• Empathetic listener who builds trust and delivers exceptional customer service
• Driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Minimum three years of automotive experience with solid industry knowledge
• Positive, team‑focused, and adaptable to changing needs
• Tech‑savvy and efficient with Microsoft Office and dealership systems
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean workspace
• Stable work history that reflects growth, commitment, and professionalism
