We're looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT to join our Internet Sales Team at FRIENDSHIP SUBARU of BECKLEY!
Our ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and will be ready to grasp new concepts quickly.
What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries
- Set customer appointments to visit dealerships
- Provide customers with initial product and dealership information
- Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates
- Direct customers to appropriate dealership resources
- Work closely with sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, text, and email
- Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system daily
What We Require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership
- Internet and computer savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
