• Provide a professional, transparent buying experience
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Consistent follow-up with prospects and past customers
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience preferred, but not necessary — we train
• Customer service background is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
