We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Service Porters, Vehicle Detailers, and Facilities Assistants. These positions play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our Service Department and Collision Center by ensuring our vehicles, facility, and customer experience meet the high standards our customers expect.

Compensation

$17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

Service Department Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday hours as needed based on business demands

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle & Service Department Support

  • Move and organize customer and inventory vehicles safely throughout dealership property
  • Support technicians and service advisors by maintaining efficient vehicle flow
  • Prepare vehicles for service, customer delivery, and pickup
  • Operate dealership shuttle vehicles to transport customers as needed
  • Maintain an organized, professional vehicle inventory and parking areas
  • Assist with day-to-day operations throughout the Service Department

Vehicle Appearance

  • Wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles
  • Operate dealership wash equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure every vehicle is returned clean and presented to dealership standards
  • Perform light detailing and appearance preparation as needed

Facility & Maintenance Support

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the service department and dealership
  • Sweep, mop, clean windows, and empty waste containers
  • Clean work areas promptly to maintain a safe environment
  • Assist with shop organization and equipment upkeep
  • Empty used oil collection containers following dealership procedures
  • Perform basic building and grounds maintenance
  • Report facility maintenance concerns to management
  • Assist with general maintenance projects as assigned

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Can successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Can work in both indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year
  • Is able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  • Has automotive experience (preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate)
