Sanderson Ford in Glendale, AZ is looking for a driven and personable Wholesale Parts Outside Sales Representative to join our award-winning parts team. In this role, you'll be out in the field building relationships with independent repair shops, collision centers, fleets, and municipalities, representing one of the most recognized Ford dealerships in the country. If you have a background in automotive parts sales, enjoy working directly with customers, and are ready to grow a book of business, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience

What You'll Do

  • Visit independent repair shops, collision centers, fleet accounts, and municipalities to promote Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that generate consistent, repeat business
  • Listen to customer needs and respond with solutions that keep them coming back
  • Work alongside factory representatives on targeted sales calls
  • Develop promotions and campaigns aimed at specific parts categories and customer segments
  • Process parts orders by phone, email, and in person accurately and efficiently
  • Handle invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely and organized manner
  • Collaborate with the parts team to deliver the best customer experience in the business

What We're Looking For

  • Prior automotive parts sales experience required
  • Outside sales experience in any industry a strong plus
  • Prior CDK DMS experience helpful
  • Spanish and English bilingual preferred but not required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional, dependable approach
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
