Job Description

Keystone Ford is thrilled to announce a rare career opportunity for a driven professional to take over our Automotive Parts Outside Sales Representative territory. This highly sought-after position rarely opens; however, a recent retirement has created the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to step in and succeed.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Travel daily within an assigned territory to service fleet customers, dealerships, auto body shops, and independent repair facilities.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the primary liaison between clients and Keystone Ford to secure repeat business and strengthen our parts department relationships.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep customers updated on order processing, delivery schedules, and proactively follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records, analyze sales reports, and document client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Operational Agility: Execute additional duties and strategic assignments as needed to support territory growth.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Clean Driving Record: Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, account management, or customer acquisition.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and self-manage effectively.
  • Drive: Highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily travel routes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comprehend complex instructions.
  • Technology Competent: Competent in utilizing digital parts catalogs and ordering systems.
