Parts Manager – Homer Skelton Automotive Group

Homer Skelton Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join our team. We are seeking a strong leader who can effectively manage inventory, support the service department, provide excellent customer service, and help drive department profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering processes
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
  • Monitor department profitability, expenses, and performance goals
  • Train, supervise, and support parts department staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service for retail and wholesale customers
  • Handle vendor relationships and warranty parts returns
  • Maintain organized inventory and warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts management experience preferred
  • CDJR experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory control and dealership operations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
