Job Overview
We are looking for technicians mechanics who are energetic upbeat and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guests.We are looking for A-players" with a friendly attitude We have a great team in place and we promote a culture of teamwork.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Complete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guestconcerns quickly and effectively
Follow and promote our high standards of safety cleanliness and organization
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicateconcerns
Work together with other technicians to solve problems meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
3 years of experience as an automotive technicianmechanic
ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makesmodels of vehicles
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long-term career development
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift andor move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
Walkstand for the majority of their workday
Drive manual transmissions vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer
