Location: Florence, KY 41042 Pay: $21.00/hour with potential increase upon full-time conversion Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Your Mission
Run production equipment with a safety-first mindset
Load materials, perform changeovers, and fine-tune settings/tooling
Use measuring devices to confirm specs and complete production records
Guard product quality and keep the workspace safe and orderly
Schedule & Rhythm
12-Hour Rotating Schedule (3-2-2-3 Rotation)
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Every other weekend required
Are You a Fit?
Experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator preferred
Comfortable with basic math and computer entry
Dependable attendance, meticulous detail orientation, and strong safety habits
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 12 hours
Okay working in a non-temperature-controlled setting
Hiring Requirements
Pass a 7-year background check
Pass a 9-panel drug screen
Forklift training and certification provided
