Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer
Location: San Jose, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route completion)
Pay: $25.00+ per hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives)
About the Role
Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer to support dealership operations by managing and photographing vehicle inventory for online listings.
In this role, you’ll travel between dealerships, organize inventory, and capture professional-quality photos and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app. Your work helps ensure accurate, visually appealing vehicle listings that drive sales.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned dealership locations (mileage reimbursed between stops)
- Locate, organize, and stage vehicles for photography
- Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using company equipment
- Apply window stickers and verify vehicle details for accuracy
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle readiness
- Track completed work using the company app
Qualifications
No prior photography experience required — paid training provided
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Can work independently and manage time effectively
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Are comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology
Preferred (not required):
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles
