Pay: $19–$24/hour
Annual Earning Potential: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 50 hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Open to ongoing training and development

Responsibilities

• Maintain shop cleanliness and appearance, including bays and exterior areas
• Support experienced technicians while developing technical skills
• Complete required online training courses
• Safely move vehicles into and out of service bays
• Rack and un-rack vehicles safely
• Perform vehicle test drives before and after service
• Complete digital complimentary vehicle inspections (CVI) using a tablet
• Perform the following services immediately:
  • Oil and filter changes
  • Battery replacement
  • Tire rotations
  • Engine and cabin air filter replacement
  • Wiper blade replacement
• Complete training within 3–6 months to perform:
  • Coolant/antifreeze services
  • Brake fluid services
  • Power steering fluid services
  • Differential and transfer case fluid services
  • Fuel system cleaning services
• Work toward earning ASE certifications as soon as practical
