Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Finance, and Fixed Operations.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor department managers to exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and OEM compliance.
  • Ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
  • Maintain a customer-first culture aligned with high industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership to align objectives and drive continuous improvement.



Qualifications/Requirements:

 

  • Previous General Manager or General Sales Manager experience at high-volume franchise dealership required.
  • Proven track record in automotive retail industry, including customer experience scores and market share performance.
  • Must have excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
  • Must be process oriented, well-disciplined and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
