Position Overview
CloudRay is hiring an Automotive Floater for a reputable automotive manufacturer near Huntsville, AL. This is a hands-on position focused on body prep, sanding, bonding, and finishing work on modular boxes before paint and final assembly.

Job Responsibilities
• Sand and prepare modular boxes for bodywork and painting
• Apply and smooth bondo compound on surfaces as needed
• Grind, sand, buff, and finish repaired areas for paint preparation
• Mask and tape boxes for paint and finishing operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
• No experience required — automotive body shop experience is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools, sanders, grinders, and buffing equipment
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing
• Must be able to wear respiratory protection equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Closed-toe shoes required
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Optional Overtime Available:
• Early start at 5:00 AM
• Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
