Automotive Finance Manager

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to foster positive customer relationships. This role is pivotal in guiding financial decision-making and enhancing our customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct credit analysis to assess the risk associated with lending decisions.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance client interactions and service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth in automotive sales and financing options.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act).
• Provide guidance on loan officer responsibilities and support staff training in financial services best practices.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong mathematical skills, including basic math proficiency for financial calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with credit analysis processes and automotive sales financing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex financial information.
