What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with customers to secure financing, present protection products, explain available options, and ensure every transaction is completed professionally, accurately, and compliantly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers
  • Promoting extended warranties, GAP coverage, service contracts, and aftermarket products
  • Partnering with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
  • Completing finance documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong lender and product-provider relationships
  • Achieving monthly performance, product penetration, and profitability goals
  • Delivering a transparent, customer-focused delivery experience
  • Staying current on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and product knowledge


You'll be trusted to create an outstanding customer experience while maximizing opportunities for both the customer and the dealership.


Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time position.

  • Monday through Saturday
  • One weekday off each week
  • Sundays off


What You'll Earn

This role is designed for experienced F&I professionals who want to be rewarded for performance.

Compensation includes:

  • $2,000 Monthly Base Salary
  • 10% Reserve Commission
  • 15% Product Commission
  • Uncapped Earning Potential

Top performers earn $175,000+ annually.

  • Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (required)
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and compliance regulations
  • Presents finance and protection products confidently and professionally
  • Builds trust with customers while maximizing dealership profitability
  • Has strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Is coachable, growth-minded, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Works effectively with sales teams, leadership, lenders, and product providers
  • Is proficient with dealership management systems (Dealertrack preferred)
