We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy independent European repair shop in Carrollton, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Order and track automotive parts to support efficient repairs.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Provide customers with timely updates on repair status and estimated completion times.
- Manage multiple repair orders while maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Help maintain an efficient workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
Qualifications
- Six or more years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
- Experience preparing repair orders and service estimates.
- Experience ordering automotive parts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Experience with European vehicles preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
