Job Title Automotive Entry-Level Service Advisor Location: 10080 W. 29th Street N, Wichita, United States 67205

Job Overview As an Entry-Level Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are often the first and most consistent point of contact for our guests. You play an important role in creating a welcoming, trustworthy experience by assisting guests when they need help with their vehicle and supporting the service team throughout the day.

This position is designed as a growth opportunity for someone eager to learn the automotive service industry. The primary responsibilities include:

• Safely picking up and delivering guests using our branded shuttle
• Answering incoming phone calls and helping build strong guest relationships through friendly, professional communication
• As experience and confidence grow, this role offers a clear path to developing into a Service Advisor with hands-on exposure to guest communication, service processes, and shop operations.

Responsibilities ----------------

• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing incoming and outgoing parts, and other errands as needed
• Keeping the facility clean and organized
• Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork
• Direct coordinate and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workload
• Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnerships
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications --------------

• Proven successful customer service experience is required
• Driven to serve others
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or an Automotive Service Representative preferred
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guests
• Valid state drivers license
• Meet the required insurance driving record parameters
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Physical Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
• The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
