Thelen Audi Volkswagen Mazda Subaru is looking for an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Detailer who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands what it takes to prepare vehicles to dealership-level standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional detailer looking for stable, full-time employment with a respected and growing automotive group — all within modern, heated and air-conditioned facilities designed for year-round comfort.

Compensation

Competitive Compensation: $38,000 – $45,000+ annually
Pay is based on experience, skill level, productivity, and overall performance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles
• Vacuum, shampoo, clean, and restore vehicle interiors to dealership standards
• Buff, polish, and enhance vehicle paint appearance
• Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
• Remove decals, stickers, and protective materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
• Deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive detailing experience required
• Ability to buff and polish vehicles professionally
• Strong work ethic and pride in producing high-quality results
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
