Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
Answer customer inquiries professionally and assist them with their needs.
Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups.
Assist sales consultants by gathering initial customer information.
Maintain a clean and organized customer reception area.
Provide support to the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
