Automotive Concierge Assistant
Location: Hector’s Whips – 11307 W McFarlane Rd, Airway Heights, WA 99001
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays (Monday–Friday, Saturday–Wednesday)

Key Responsibilities
- Safely move, deliver, receive, and park vehicles around the lot, shop, and service areas.
- Perform thorough vehicle cleaning and detailing, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Complete vehicle readiness checks before and after use, including fuel level, tire condition, fluids, warning lights, visible damage, missing items, and overall presentation.
- Support customer handovers by ensuring vehicles are clean, properly staged, and ready on time.
- Keep the lot and shop clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to safe, responsible driving.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, vehicle preparation, rental operations, or automotive service.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance/repair is a plus.
- Spanish language is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25 per hour.
- Full-time rotating schedule (e.g., Monday–Friday, Saturday–Wednesday, etc.).
