Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Alexandria is looking for an Body Shop Estimator / Advisor to join their team!!
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, help making insurance claims and prepare estimates/photos for upload and approval; Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Knowledge of most major Insurance Direct Repair Program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards
- Maintain contact with customer while vehicle is in the repair process, maintaining communication regarding status of repair
- Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle
Requirement:
- Prior dealership experience a must!
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
