Szott M-59 Dodge has an opening for an experienced Automotive Billing/ Title Clerk. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all title, registration, and vehicle owner information as well as billing out new and used car deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify legal transfer of documents for the DMV
• Write payoff checks for trade in vehicles, post into accounting all transmittal amounts
• Post accounting entries related to all DMV
• Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership
• Complete all information needed for title administration
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information and sale information
• Cap new and used car deals
• Inventory new and used vehicles

Job Requirements:

• Previous dealership title clerk and/or automotive billing experience is required
• Dealertrack/ ADP/ Reynolds experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills, required
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer proficiency
• Must pass background checks, MVR, drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record with no suspensions or major violations
• High School diploma or equivalent
