The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over 65 years of history. We currently have 17 dealerships. We are looking for a Biller Associate to join our corporate Accounting department in Raleigh, NC!

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position located in Northwest Raleigh. Prior billing experience is preferred.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
  • Review and upload commission data
  • Maintain and reconcile sales commission for accuracy
  • Understands associates commission issues and communicates solutions effectively, professionally and respectfully
  • Prepare GL entries for additional commission, discretionary bonus
  • Submit commission data to the payroll department for payment processing
  • Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period
  • Process and prepare lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles
  • Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss
  • Review and maintain accounting schedules
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
