The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over 65 years of history. We currently have 17 dealerships. We are looking for a Biller Associate to join our corporate Accounting department in Raleigh, NC!
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position located in Northwest Raleigh. Prior billing experience is preferred.

What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
- Review and upload commission data
- Maintain and reconcile sales commission for accuracy
- Understands associates commission issues and communicates solutions effectively, professionally and respectfully
- Prepare GL entries for additional commission, discretionary bonus
- Submit commission data to the payroll department for payment processing
- Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period
- Process and prepare lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles
- Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss
- Review and maintain accounting schedules
- Automotive experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
