Advantage Toyota of Valley Stream is looking for a motivated Lease Retention Specialist to join our BDC team. This role is 100% focused on lease customers; no internet leads, no phone ups, and no service drive responsibilities.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, consistent, and confident on the phone, with a strong follow-up mindset and a passion for customer retention.
The Lease Retention Specialist is responsible for proactively contacting customers with upcoming lease maturities and securing replacement vehicle appointments that result in delivered sales. This role focuses exclusively on lease retention, customer loyalty, and repeat business.

Previous experience in BDC, automotive sales, call center, or lease retention preferred
Strong phone and follow-up skills, Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent, Comfortable working toward monthly performance goals, Reliable attendance and professional communication.

Schedule 5 Day (40 Hour) Workweek includes Nights and Weekends. Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
Hours Example :
Weekdays could be 1 pm - 9 pm or 9 am - 5 pm.
Saturdays — 9 am to 6 pm
Sundays — 11 am to 5 pm
