The Polishing Pad is a high-volume, family-owned collision repair shop on Staten Island with a reputation for quality work and a team that takes real pride in what they do. We're growing and need an experienced Auto Body Technician to join us full-time — immediately.
What you'll be doing:
Structural and non-structural body repair (light to medium duty)
Disassembly & reassembly
Plastic repair
Working alongside a tight-knit team on a steady flow of insurance and private jobs
What we're looking for:
Experience is required — we're a production shop and need someone who can hit the ground running
I-CAR certification a plus but not required
Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a shop that does too
