Jiffy Lube - Immediate Automotive Assistant Manager Needed

Jiffy Lube is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and leading a high-performance team.

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to…:

  • Provide world-class customer service to Jiffy Lube Guests
  • Build trust and rapport with guests
  • Lead teammates through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Assist with Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil changes and routine maintenance
  • Manage store inventory and operations
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform building and shop maintenance

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to inspire a high-performance team
